Foreign Foray

Power Captain Robert Daniel had a good result from his recent trip to the Europa Cup 2003 International Multirace regatta at Stuttgart, Germany. Racing his 3.5cc,7.5cc and 15cc boats he qualified for the 3.5cc and 7.5cc finals from entries of 58 and 50 competitors respectively, he did not make it into the 15cc final which had an entry of 83 boats. The best result was a hard fought 2nd place in the 7.5cc class, after 30 minutes of racing only one lap separated 1st and 2nd places.
