Continuing the creation of a tyre wall all the way round the lake

On the weekend of Oct 1st & 2nd 2005 a small group of club volunteers continued the work required
 to completed the tyre wall that will be of great benefit to all members. Easy access to the waters
edge, no more scratched  or damaged boats.

A bank of tyres is now complete all the way round the lake, there is just a section of infilling
with tarmac planings still to do behind one row of tyres.
